Congratulations!
on your decision to purchase a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppy.
Its my goal to raise healthy, adorable and well socialized puppies that will live to an old age.
The pedigrees involved have been studied and have been to be flawless
of any genetic problems for generations.
The Sire and Dam of your puppy are OFA Eye and Heart Certified. The parents are also
DNA tested for Episodic Falling Syndrome.
Some puppies experience umbilical hernias that happens at birth.
Many times it will close on its own but if not there may be an additional charge when spayed or neuter.
This will be the buyers responsibility.
This contract also acts as a 12 month guarantee that those known issues were not bred through to your puppy. This guarantee does not apply for accidents that may occur to your puppy both physical and or using flea and tick medication. These have been found to make puppies very sick even causing death.
If a genetic issue is found by licensed Veterinarian I am to be contacted
before any decisions are made for treatment.
Replacement of a puppy will be when one is available. No money will be refunded and or
for accumulation vet bills. Returning the puppy will also be the buyers responsibilty.
Nutrition is important and I trust you will feed your puppy a well balanced diet.
I also reserve the right to take my puppy back if abuse is in question until the situation is resolved.
The remaining balance is to be paid in full at the time the puppy is picked up.
DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS THERE IS NO PUPPY AVAILABLE IN THE BUYERS CHOICE OF GENDER OR COLOR
